My name is Manon, and I want you to know that you are not alone in your suffering.

 

​I imagine you are here because you are tired of struggling, and you want something to change. Your peace, joy, and happiness have been overshadowed by trauma, stress, anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, or depression. If that’s the case, you are in the right place.

My personal experience with such struggles allows me to empathize fully with your suffering, while my professional training and years of clinical experience enable me to accompany you on this healing journey in an effective and supportive manner.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you offer in-person therapy?
    At this point, no. You are free to book online therapy with me, which is available to everyone living in Ontario.
  • Do you offer free consultations?
    Yes, I offer an initial 15-minute consultation for free so that you can ask your questions and get to know me a bit better. You can schedule your free consultation just by scrolling down to my calendar!
  • What are your fees, and how can I pay for therapy sessions with you?
    The fee per session is $200.00, payable via Interac e-Transfer.
  • Do you accept my insurance?
    Most insurance companies in Ontario cover the service I offer. If you are unsure and plan to submit to your insurer, you may want to contact them to ask if they reimburse you for the service of a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) registered with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). You may also want to ask them what your annual allocation is.
  • How long are therapy sessions, and how many will I need?
    My therapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration. The number of sessions is variable. When we begin our work together, we will discuss your situation and the roadmap to your improved wellbeing.
  • What can I expect after therapy with you?
    My approach to therapy is twofold: 1. I help you identify the false/erroneous negative beliefs that are guiding your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours and keeping you stuck. 2. I help you dissolve those beliefs and adopt new, more positive ones that are more in line with the truth of who you are. The end result is that you can finally return to your authentic self and live more calmly, peacefully, and authentically. The goal is a lasting shift, not just temporary relief from symptoms.
